Important return conditions

Overnight and/or in rain, fold the bouncy castle in half, pull the waterproof groundsheet over it like a folded calzone, and secure it.
When self-cleaning before leaving the air, make photos of the bouncy castle inside and outside with date/time proof. The complete jumping surface and inner walls must be seen.
Without sufficient photo evidence, the self-cleaning shall not be proven: Standard cleaning 49 € per bouncy castle, Actionpark 69 € incl. VAT Already booked cleaning is not calculated again.
Unwrought together: 30 € Packing tray incl. VAT
Dirty tarpaulins: 30 € cleaning cup incl. VAT
Nasse bouncy castle: 200 € cleaning cup incl. VAT
Any charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

Security deposit

Deposit: € 100 per bouncy castle and € 50 per party item. For tables and benches together once 50 € per rental period. The deposit paid shall be reimbursed to the type of payment used in the order after proper return minus any offset costs.

Notes for use

Use only under adult supervision
Children using the castle together should be of a similar age and size
Adults must not use the bouncy castle
Keep a safe distance from water, fire and surrounding objects
No shoes
No food or drinks
No pointed objects
Remove jewellery, glasses and belts

Security rules

Parents are responsible for their children
Continuous supervision is required
Do not use in rain or at wind force 6 or above
Cover the bouncy castle with a tarpaulin overnight
Only children may use the bouncy castle
Follow all warning notices
No smoking or open flames nearby
No sharp objects
Do not hang on the safety nets
Position the blower securely
Evacuate the castle immediately if it loses pressure
The blower must run continuously
Protect the blower from water and heat

Disclaimer of liability

The tenant assumes full liability for all property and personal damage. The landlord transfers the bouncy castle functional, but assumes no liability for functional defects during use. All damage shall be reported immediately. Costs for repair or recovery are charged.

Collection and return take place at the appointments listed above, as agreed when booking. Please arrive on time. Arrange any changes with the hire company in advance.
