Consumers shall have the right to revoke in accordance with the following conditions, where consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activities:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must send us (Andreas Stebner, HüpfburgenZeit, Im Meerwinkel 4, 38173 Sickte, Germany, tel.: 017631365284, e-mail: info@huepfburgenzeit.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent with the mail) about your decision to withdraw this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not required.
In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received with us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged charges for this repayment.
You have goods sent back or handed over to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline shall be met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
They shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is attributable to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If you have requested that the services begin during the revocation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the amount of services already provided up to the time when you inform us of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to this contract compared to the total amount of services provided in the contract.
Exclusion or early cancellation of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the provision of services relating to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of time for the provision.
The right of revocation expires prematurely when we have provided the service completely and we have only begun the execution of the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation with full contractual performance by us.
